THE WOLF AND HOUND generously collect .25 cents on every pint of Guinness served throughout the year to help support Irish in need in Metro Vancouver. At the 2024 An Irish Christmas fundraising event they presented the IBSBC with a donation. The Annual Irish Christmas celebration is one of our main annual fundraising events

Special thank you to everyone who helped to support the 2024 annual fundraising event for the Irish Benevolent Society of BC, particularly Blake Williams of the Irish Wakers who organized the wonderful trad tunes, the fabulous O'Connor School of Irish Dance led by Terri Heckmann, and our amazing volunteers who worked to help make the evening such a success.

CHRISTMAS is about the kids and the children at An Irish Christmas on the evening of December 15 were so excited. They sang and danced along to the music, and some were thrilled to participate in drawing the door prizes and the winning ticket for the 50/50 draw.

IN ADDITION to volunteering to perform, Terri Heckmann of the O'Connor School of Irish Dance generously presented a donation at the fundraising event.

SPECIAL GUEST was Maire Ni Chriostail, Vice Consul with the Consulate General of Ireland Vancouver, who offered warm wishes to everyone for a safe and happy Christmas.

BLAKE WILLIAMS is the main organizer and leader of the weekly Irish session held every Sunday evening at the Wolf & Hound. The musicians generously donate their time every December to benefit the Irish Benevolent Society of BC fundraiser.
